We're a video orchestration tool. You bring the music, your API keys, and your social accounts. We coordinate the renders and the uploads. Below: what we promise, what you promise, and how either of us can leave.
MotionSteer ("MotionSteer", "we") is a SaaS that analyzes a music track, helps you author a storyboard for a vertical music video, and orchestrates third-party video generators (Runway, Kling, Luma, Pika, ComfyUI, etc.) to render and publish the result. We never train models on your content. We never resell GPU.
When you give us a Suno URL, mp3, or wav, we treat it as your content (see §3). When you connect provider API keys, we pass calls through to those providers using your credentials and your billing relationship with them. We don't sit between you and the inference.
You must be 16 or older (or local age of digital consent, whichever is higher) to use the service. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and your provider keys safe. We strongly recommend two-factor authentication on Studio and Enterprise plans, and we enforce it on admin roles.
If you suspect your account is compromised, write security@motionsteer.com immediately. We respond within 24h.
You keep ownership. Tracks, prompts, storyboards, and renders you create are yours. You grant MotionSteer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process them on our infrastructure for the purpose of providing the service (e.g. storage, transcoding, fingerprinting against copyright databases).
You must have the right to use any track you upload or import. If you use Suno-generated music, the rights are governed by Suno's terms — we don't change them. If a copyright owner asks us to take down a clip, we follow the DMCA process.
Don't use MotionSteer to create or distribute:
We use automated moderation (similarity search, NSFW classifier, deepfake heuristic) at render time, and human moderation on flagged content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly produce violating content.
Free is free, with a watermark and 3 published clips a month. Pro is $19/month or $190/year. Studio is $39/month or $390/year. Enterprise is custom. Your local taxes (VAT, GST) may apply on top.
We bill monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel anytime from billing settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle. If we have an outage or significant degradation, we credit pro rata; reach out to billing@motionsteer.com.
Annual plans: full refund within 7 days, otherwise no refund of unused months. Render costs you pay to third parties (Runway, Kling, etc.) are not refundable by us.
MotionSteer connects to providers you choose. Their terms apply when you use them: Suno, Runway, Kling AI, Luma Labs, Pika, OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Stripe. We aren't responsible for their availability or content policies.
We target 99.9% uptime for the MotionSteer app and API. Live status: status.motionsteer.com. We don't guarantee uptime for the third-party providers you choose.
We can change or stop offering features with reasonable notice. If we deprecate a feature you depend on, we'll tell you at least 60 days in advance.
You can terminate by deleting your account from account settings. We export your data on request before deletion (renders, tracks, projects).
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate §4, if your payment fails repeatedly, or if we're legally required to.
MotionSteer is provided "as is". We aren't liable for indirect damages (lost profits, lost data, reputation). Our maximum liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid MotionSteer in that period (not the fees you paid to providers).
Generative AI is probabilistic — outputs may be wrong, biased, or unsafe. You're responsible for reviewing what you publish.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes go to the competent courts at our place of registration in Kyiv, Ukraine. If you're a consumer in the EU, you keep your mandatory local consumer-protection rights.
Before suing, please email legal@motionsteer.com. Most things resolve faster that way.
We update these terms when we add features or when laws change. For material changes (pricing, your rights, data practices), we email you 30 days in advance. Continued use after the change means you accept it.
Previous versions are kept at github.com/openclub/legal-history (repository link will be published once the namespace is reserved).
MotionSteer is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Yastremskyi P. (FOP, individual entrepreneur under the laws of Ukraine), tax identification number (IPN) 3271216199, registered at Bohaturska Street 6/1, apt. 227, Kyiv 04209, Ukraine, doing business as OpenClub.dev. Tax status: general taxation system, not a VAT payer.
